Mag-aba National High School formely Mag-aba Barangay High School was established by the efforts done by the local community of Barangay Mag-aba, Pandan, Antique, The Philippines and was initiated by Dr. Cashmere Dy Buco Ambay. The School was squatted in the Now-Mag-aba Elementary School Campus and held its first class on June 17th 1977. The Pioneer Class graduated by 1979 :Mr. Julian A. Ambay as its first Valedictorian and Mrs. Clara P. Tamboong as the Salutatorian. By the 1980's, In the thirst for secondary education, the Student Population began increasing with enrollees from nearby communities. Until in 1993, The School was transferred in the eastern section of Mag-aba, In a lot owned by the Estores Family and was purchased/donated by Rev. & Mrs. Paulino A. Blanza. 
After the People Power Revolution which brought Late Former Philippine President Corazon Cojuanco Aquino on power in 1986, The School together with other Barangay High School in the province was nationalized and named the Mag-aba National High School. The Buildings and Structures in the campus were done with the help of the Government and due to its geograhical location, the hill side and the higher portions were recrapped to build classrooms.The School has an area of 1,469 hectares, half of it is hilly and has higher grounds. It is seven (7) km from the Pandan town proper.
